Can't clear trash icon from my Series library

I recently reconfigured my server and the path for my libraries changed. I added the new correct path back to all libraries. All Movies are appearing correct, but a handful of TV shows have the trash icon. Inside the shows, all episodes appear and play correctly, but the trash icon sits on a few of the season posters within the shows, even though all episodes appear and play correctly within that season.

I’ve tried:

  • Clean Bundles
  • Optimize database
  • Empty Trash

The problem shows still persist. How can i fix this?

If you get info for one of the episodes does it list two paths?

No. All episodes only list one (the correct) path.

Same problem here (Docker).

Some seasons have the red trash icon, but nothing is missing, no duplicates and all files playing fine.
But I can see this attribute inside the XML (season children): deletedAt="1669051528"

The media storage was briefly unavailable due to maintenance, perhaps that’s why it was marked as deleted, but when the files were available again, not all entries were marked correctly.

is it possible to view get the season xml? after viewing the episode xml replace the metadata key in the URL with the parent metadata key the add /children after that

...metadata/34033/children...

I also have this issue on dozens of series/seasons, I’ve done all the listed items, same as the OP. (no trash cans on individual files however)

I’ve checked the “get info” on each episode, and compared to the file path in explorer, and they match. None have 2 locations listed either.

All files play fine, no issues, just the annoying RED TRASH CAN.

Here is an example:
series: 2 broke girls

clicking on “unavailable”

Plex file locations (all look like this with their own names)

@Anqui3tas that is only part of the xml and the link is one on your local netowrk, no one can access it. you can paste the xml into a text file and upload it

XML.txt (75.1 KB)
Correct, that URL was on my local network. Attached the full XML here.
