Can't connect to Plex securely on other local devices

Hey,
I’m currently having some issues connecting to my server securely using any device (excluding the server itself which connects both securely and insecurely). I can connect on all of these devices insecurely, but I’d like to be able to connect on them all securely too, as I assume the inability to do so means I have made some sort of error in setting up the Plex Server. If anyone needs any information to help, I’d be more than happy to supply some.
Thanks in advance

It may be DNS Rebinding protection on your router blocking requests to the local server via the plex.direct domain

See section on DNS Rebinding protection here

You can check if it is by finding the url and then doing nslookup

To find out the plex.direct routes to your server, put this in a browser
https://plex.tv/pms/resources.xml?includeHttps=1&includeRelay=1&X-Plex-Token=xxxxxxxxx
You need to put the token instead of the xxxxxxx
