Can't downgrade server on Synology NAS

How do I downgrade from my current version above to 1.32.7.xxxx? I have the file but the Synology NAS gives me an error that older packages can not be installed. Reason for downgrade is remote access is broken outside local network (other post) despite the Plex server saying it’s working. I’m afraid to uninstall then reinstall as I lost a lot of library info last time I did this and I’m not sure about other things being kept during that process (managed users, library access, manual album metadata, artwork, etc).

I do regularly update my Plex server so I’m well familiar with the process. So I hoping it wasn’t me clicking something stupid.

Synology does not permit direct downgrades. You must uninstall Plex Media Server, then install the desired version.
