working as-well on my side.
All issues signaled here Plex on raspberry pi4 - playback error. Conversion Failed. A required Codec could not be found or failed to install - Plex Media Server / NAS & Devices - Plex Forum are functional without any intervention.
Can confirm, fix works for me as well.
With multiple confirmations the issue is resolved, will close this thread.
