Can't download plex media server - web page says "oops, looks like something went wrong"

I’m trying to set up a new Windows PC with a media server, but whenever I go to:
https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/

… on the new system, the page churns for a bit and always says:
“Oops, looks like something went wrong, please return later”.

I’ve waited a couple hours, and it hasn’t changed. I can get at the downloads from other PCs on my local network. This new machine is running Windows 10, no extra AV programs installed. I’ve tried turning off the Windows firewall, and defender, and no luck. I’ve used both Edge and Chrome.

Any ideas of other things to try?

Thank you for the response… in the meantime, I messed with my router settings (disabled firewall, uPnP). Not sure exactly which change made the difference, but now everything is working fine.
