Been having this issue for a while now.
Im on a computer logged into plex web to my plex server which is in another room. For the past 6 months i am unable to update the pms from plex web. Downloads 5-7% then i get the “something went wrong” page.
My workaround it logging into my pms computer via TeamViewer going to the server download page and downloading and installing from there.
Has anyone had this happen to them? Is there a way to relieve this issue? Is there a way to open a support ticket as ive been a plex pass holder for years?
