Can't find guide when doing tuner setup

Hello,

I’ve been using these tuners for years and they have worked and the guide worked fine. I started not being able to tune channels so I tried to rescan and that wouldn’t work. I removed the tuners and tried to reinstall them. I select Antenna, enter in my zip code and cannot get past the Tuner Setup screen, getting stuck on the “finding the best guide” step. See the second image. Doesn’t matter what zip code I enter, still get the same results. Everything else in Plex works fine. What do I need to look for to resolve this? Thanks for your help.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Maybe I’m the only one seeing it but I never mess with the settings, so I figured this happened after an update.

Do you have pi-hole or something else blocking a dns enquiry?

Hi, no, nothing special set up here. Is there somewhere I can look to see this maybe? Like I said, I hadn’t touched the settings for months, at least a year, but I started to not be able to tune anything so I did a rescan and now we are here. Thx for the response.
