New Tuner Setup - Stuck at Finding the best guide step (spinning)

I am running Plex on docker on Ubuntu connected to a Synology NAS. It has been working great for a couple years.

I just recently bought a HD HomeRun to get Plex up and running with LiveTV. I have plenty of channels showing up and Plex sees the tuner fine. But when trying to setup it is getting stuck on the “Finding the best guide” step and just spinning. I’ve let it run for 5-10 minutes with no feedback. I searched the web and this forum and only found unanswered questions of people facing the same as me. I saw one person say they resolved this by removing their existing install and starting with a fresh docker container without libraries. This would be horrible for me to have to do and hoping someone here can help.

FYI, I got this to work after trying about 20 times and seeing it spin. I tried to switch to the XMLTV option, which I failed to figure out before I saw another way to get to the guide and this one gave me the options to select my antenna and had my listings. I don’t recall the exact steps, but somehow it worked… Now I’m just trying to get all the channels mapped since some are missing, but are duplicates of other lower ones.
