Hi, I'm having what seems to be an odd problem. I am a Plex Pass holder. On my xbox one when I search for Plex I do not find any apps to download. I am logged in with my Xbox Live Silver Account.
I am updated to the latest Plex Server. In the store I browse and "Search Apps" for "plex". Seems a little silly to ask this but what am I missing?
What xbox live region are you ?
Maybe the app didn´t get released in every territory. Switch to US and try it again.
I think the only regions we're not available in (where Xbox is, obviously :) ) is China and Hong Kong.
Not sure where to find my region but I have no reason to believe it's not US
I have always lived in the US
My xbox was bought new in the US.
I never changed my region before.

I am set to United States
Hmm, strange.
Just to be sure: It is also not visible when you go to "new Apps" or just browse all released apps ?
You could also switch the region to another country, just to see it the app pops up :-) (Try, Canada, Germany or whatever ... )
Well, I'm not sure what happened. Tried again tonight and it's there. Thanks for the help.
