Can't forward/backward on HEVC (.mkv) files with acceleration from built in GPU

Hi,

I’m on the latest Plex server software on windows: 1.12.1.4885.
I can fast forward and rewind any video file, MKV/AVI/MP4. No problems whatsoever. I use hardware acceleration with my built-in GPU, which is an Intel HD Graphics 530.

Now, I got a few but I’m having problems with a few specific files that won’t let me fast forward or rewind. All these files have in common that they are 1080p, HEVC encoded, mkv-files. Other 1080p/mkv files work, so it must be the HEVC codec.
When I try to fast forward these videos (or start halfway the video) on any device (iOS, desktop, PS4), it just keeps loading forever.
I can ONLY watch videos if I watch them from the start to the end without skipping parts. I CAN pause the video, but I can’t touch the subtitles. If I touch the subtitles, I have to start over the video.

Now, if I turn off hardware acceleration, these videos work fine.

I think this is a bug. Can anyone help?

PS: I’m currently trying to force it to use my dedicated GPU card (GTX970), to see if that works.

Fast Forward and Rewind work fine when using the dedicated GPU GTX970.
