Can't get live TV or DVR to work

Hi I can’t get my live TV via hdhomerun connect to show up on Plex app and can’t get the DVR to work with my cloud Nas device. Hdhomerun app is running fine. Thanks

Im using the plex app from a firestick.

I have got the hdhomerun to work now but still the dvr function doesn’t work all the time using a my cloud home 4tb.
