I’ve just signed up for the Plex Arcade trial and made a Parsec account.
Unfortunately when I get to the page on Parsec’s website that asks me to link my Plex account, and gives Approve/Deny as choices, I can’t actually click on either of those buttons (they aren’t ‘clickable’) so I can’t complete the linkage.
I can’t find direct support information on Parsec’s website so I’m posting here…
Plex team, can you please help? I can’t use the time-limited trial if I can’t get the accounts connected.
im having the same issue, ive tried from my phone and both browsers on my pc
once i verified my email it works
Hi, same for me, buttons wouldn’t work but once I read this forum, I verified my email and it did. Would be nice if they put that tip on the screen.
I have clicked the verification of the email and nothing is working.
I revisited my Parsec ‘activate’ URL (the one that Plex redirected me to after I’d set up Plex Arcade on the Plex side) but now Parsec tells me that activation code has expired.
When I try to play a game on the Plex side, I get an error that tells me I need to link my Plex and Parsec accounts - but I can find no way anywhere to do this!
I also tried cancelling my Plex Arcade subscription thinking I would resubscribe and get prompted to re-link accounts again. However, when I click on “Try free for 7 days” on the Plex Arcade page, I get the “you’re already subscribed; redirecting” message.
There just does not seem to be any way on the Plex side to control the linkage with the Parsec account. Please fix this!
