Can't Log into account

Hi, I’m having trouble logging into my main Plex account.

  • My current devices are still logged in and working fine.

  • I can’t log in on any new devices.

  • My existing password no longer works.

  • When I try to reset the password, I get nothing.

Any help would be appreciated!

I’m having the same issue. Were you able to receive a recovery email from Plex?
