Need to contact Plex support team

After years using Plex without much issues, today I noticed I couldn’t log in to Plex on a different device. Kept getting a message that the username and / or password was not correct. This, despite the fact that I know I have been using the same password with 2FA for a while now. I tried on my own device and the same thing happened. Popped into my laptop, fired up Firefox and tried to log in at plex.tv using my email and password and also tried my username and password. Same thing. Meanining that my password is probably somehow changed or compromised. I tried popping in to my account and changing the password, only to have it fail on me again, stating that I need a valid authentication code and password. Since the authentication code is coming from my authenticator app, I am nos pretty sure the issue is with my password.

Since I cannot find a way to reset the password, I need to contact the support team. Was a bit dissapointed to know that even us Plex Pass users don’t have access to proper support other than forums.

Can someone please help me get in touch with Plex support for this issue? Or if anyone knows of a way to reset or recover a lost password, please let me know.

Edit: note I am still capable of getting in to my account using my Google account that is associated to my Plex account.

Actually, I looked at something on your account I do have access to. It shows your account was IP blocked due to too many failed login attempts from an iOS device. Give it an hour and try using the Web again.

Yes. Those attempts were from my daughter’s device. And I assume my other attempts as well as they were all from within my LAN. I’ll try again in a few hours. Thanks.
