Can't play HEVC 10-bit on my Roku Ultra

I am trying to play a HEVC 10-bit version of the Dark Knight on my hard-wired Roku Ultra, and it will not stream at all. I am not using subtitles at all. It works on my Roku streaming sticks (wireless) with transcoding (expected since they don’t support HEVC). But it should direct play on the Ultra. I have the client set to ‘Original’ quality. I’ve tried direct stream as both Auto and Force. Neither work. Attached are the server logs at Debug level.

Do not know if this is the latest from Plex. Stated that anything but 8 bit will be transcoded to 1080P.

I just did a test with direct play set as both auto and as forced with the roku remote logging enabled. Time was at 10:20 AM Eastern.
