Cant play videos on Samsung tv

Hello,
I have the server on my PC with photos and old family videos, no HD or 4K, just old SD videos from DVD’s.

it works fine in my house and in another house on an LG tv.

my brother has a Samsung tv model; UE55MU7003
he can see the photos, but the videos won’t play.

what can I do?
