Hi,
I have Plex server installed on my cloud.
I uploaded some videos (two movies and two TV series) on my server and watched them on my Samsung TV using the app.
Yesterday I tried to watch the same videos but I get an error saying the video can’t be played.
I tried deleting and copying the files again, changing server configuration, reinstallin the player on TV.
Nothing
I can watch both movies and all episodes of a serie, but not the serie i watched before.
Any suggestions?

Btw everything works if I watch them using smartphone or pc
