Can't remove someones old inactive server from my plex

Hello everyone,

I am not sure where this should fall but here’s the issue.

I had a friend who was sharing their plex with me.

they had a massive hardware failure.

the fixed their hardware issues and rebuilt their plex.

now on my plex it is showing their plex twice
the old one thats not usable and the rebuilt one, they both have the same name as far as I can tell.

butt I can not find out how to remove the old server.

any help would be appreciated.

is it showing up here: https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices/pms

If so, remove it

If not, have your friend go to that same link and remove it

One of those should fix your issue I think.
