My server crashed yesterday and I tried reinstalling and updating the server and app from scratch. That seems to go OK until I try to connect to the newly installed server from the web app. I get a message saying "app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely
Its “Secure connections” setting may be set to disabled, or you may need to adjust some settings on your network.". I have adjusted the Shield Plex app to allow insecure connections, but still the web app can’t connect.
I have done a ton of other troubleshooting (access permissions for both server and app are all as they should be), to no avail. From forum searching I believe the answer may be to reset my server certificate and I am here to ask a plex employee to do this if possible.
