Can't connect to Plex Media Server from Web App

Hi, can you reset my server certificate?
I keep getting this message when trying to connect to the Plex Media Server from the web app:

" app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely"

The Plex Server is installed on a Nvidia Shield TV Pro (2019), and toggling the ‘allow insecure connection’ button to either functions didn’t make any difference. To add: Everything worked fine before the first Shield Experience 9.0 update earlier this year.

I’m running server version v1.26.0.5715. Please let me know if you need additional information, or if there is another way to solve this. I’ve tried numerous times to remove and add the server, which didn’t make any difference either.
