Cant select TV Shows, playlists, Live TV & Movies on plex

Apple tv 5th gen - 4k, tvOS 14.4

Hello

I have plex on various tvs and apple tvs but for some reason on the device mentioned above, it wont allow me to select anything below my server movies in the menu on the left.

I can choose, search, home, movies, then it skips everything else and goes to settings in the bottom left corner. However this does not happen on my other devices with plex, they all use the same account.

I have tried deleting it from this apple tv and reinstalling but no change.

Is there anything else i can try?
