I created my sister an acct (call it #1) years back with a generic email address. She used it for years and has built up an “On Deck” she doesn’t want to lose. But at some point apparently she accidentally made her own acct up (call it #2) , with her real email address.
She wants to update #1 with her email address from #2. It’s says she can’t as it’s in use. So we went in and deleted the entire Plex account with #2 to free up that email, to register it to her primary acct. Yet it still says “This email address is already in use” so what can we do? She doesn’t get any automated emails for some of my plugins and Plex stuff because of this email issue!
