I´m trying to change my e-mail address on my Plex account but I can’t because it says that the new e-mail address is already in use. When I try to fetch the password so I can log in to this account and delete it nothing happens as if the account doesn’t exist. So, here I am dont really know what to do. Any tips?
It may be that the other account has already been deleted. The same username and email cannot be reused for 30 days after it is deleted. And you cannot request a password reset for a deleted account. Wait out the 30 days or contact Plex directly from the email you want to use, https://www.plex.tv/contact/.
