Here’s my issue. I am able to upload all my personal pictures and videos to my Server and I can see the thumbnails of all of my stuff on all my devices. Firestick 4K, iPhones, Android Tablets etc. I was able to play all my videos and view my pics before. Now its not playable and the pics won’t open bigger than the thumbnail size. What has changed and what can I do? This was the main reason I got the Plex originally. Wanted to be able to access all my personal pics and videos from different devices. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Here is what I did to recreate the issue.
Running Version 1.25.5.5492 Windows 10 Enterprise
- Opened Plex
- Went to my All Photos category.
- Went to the first folder labeled 1969-79 Baby Pics
- Went to the first folder labeled 1969-76 Jamaica
- Clicked on the first picture to open it to a full screen.
- This is the problem. It opens a blank screen that says “Unable to load photo”
I’ve tried old pics, new pics, nothing works anymore. I can only view the pics in a thumbnail shot. I cannot open the pics to full screen.
