Can’t view on demand video categories from MacBook app, or website browser, but can view from mobile app.
I’ve deleted cache , and meta data. Didn’t fix issue.
No idea what’s going one, but I’m thinking its the network configuration in the MacBook, possibly a firewall or other issues ?? It’s definitely an issue on my end.
When I select the on demand category I can see the videos offered by plex for a brief moment, then an error message appears.
Thankful for any advice or suggestions you can offer! I tried uploading a video of my screen, but this platform doesn’t allow me.
