Different options shown on PC vs Web version

When I open Plex in Chrome Browser on my laptop there is a “Movies & TV” category, when I open in the Windows App on the laptop “Downloads” is there instead.

-How do I get “Movies & TV” on the app version (which I prefer to run vs another browser tab)

-How do I remove “Downloads” in the Windows App since I am new and haven’t (yet) decided to upgrade to Plex Pass?

-In watching youtube videos trying to figure things out, I have seen several that have a “Channels” category in which they download 3rd party apps within Plex instead of running them outside Plex. How do I add “Channels” to my list?

Movies & TV from Plex is not currently supported on all clients/apps, including desktop apps.
