I just purchased a HDHomeRun Duo and the setup was done without any issues. I waited for the Program Guide to finish downloading and then tried to watch some live tv and the the error “conversion failed. the transcoder exited due to an error.”
My Plex Server is running version 1.13.0.5003
The PC specs are:
Windows 10 64bit
Dual Intel Xeon E5-2650 2.00 GHz
16.0 GB DDR3 Ram
I have tried the live tv on an iphone and android phone and android tv as well with now luck.
I have attached a screenshot of the error and server logs.
I hope someone can help me figure out what is causing this issue.
