Transcoding error with HDHomeRun

Hello,

I just connected an HDHomeRun Quattro CONNECT so I can use Plex Live TV. However, anytime that I try to play a live channel or record a show, I get a “Transcoding Error” message.

I have attached the logs to this message. Apparently, I am also getting this error when trying to play a local video. I used to be able to play video, but I haven’t tried in a while. I upgraded to the newest version as well.

I’m seeing similar issues. See attached logs, for example “Plex Media Server.3.log”, timestamp Apr 30, 2018 20:00:31.550. This is quite frustrating, as it seems rather random and hard to predict. Is there a bug report one can follow?
