Specs: Phone 13 Pro, iOS v.18.4, Plex Experience v.2025.13.0 (1025)
Watching my content via Plex in my car (lunchtime) and the audio is really really low. My car volume goes from 0-40 – set to 24 or 26 used to be adequate for Plex content in the previous app. Now when it’s set all the way to 40, it’s barely adequate.
When I switch to other video streaming apps, the volume can be turned back down to the 22-26 range.
Will there be an audio boost option at some point?
In the meantime, Infuse is working just fine with built-in audio boost. I’m totally saving my eardrums whenever I forgott to turn down the volume when I was done with Plex 
Is your phone volume all the way up?
To the best of my knowledge, the sound level on the iPhone has never had an effect on the CarPlay volume. However, I tried this and still no joy:
The issue is the Plex player; other video apps do not be turned up to 40 (max for car stereo system) but only to 22 - 26 for decent volume. For now I’m using Infuse in the car.
