Hello, I’m just trying a solution over Kodi. I found that many users point Plex as a really good alternative.

I have few on demand channels like Netflix, HBO and a local provider (Brazil). All of them are DRM.

I have a bunch of Raspberry laying around and were very useful in the past with Kodi.

I just want to use them as Cast solution, since Chrome from PC or my Android can play DRM . I’ve saw a lot of YouTube videos and posts where people cast videos using plex, but all of them seems out dated.

Since plex transcode, it should be able to pick my video playing in Chrome and send it to Rasplex, but I can’t find a way.

Can anyone help me?

Just to refer my initial post, I followed this thread, however it is no longer working either Plex has launched and official way of doing that.

Hope anyone can help me understand that.
