Cast to Amazon Echo (Alexa)

I’d like to be able to cast to Amazon Echo devices similar to how I can to Google Chromecast. It should be technically possible because Amazon Music Android app can cast to both device types.

Any update on this? I have a ton of live recordings on my computer that I want to be able to play over my Alexa multi room groups.
