Cast to Sonos -.> Max volume

When starting casting to my Sonos speakers usually the maximum volume is set as default, which leads to heavy harassment of neighbours and wife.
Any ideas how to avoid?

Addition: I use the Windows App as the player, where the amall orange sliders slides to maximum:
