Casting remotely stops every 15 minutes

Remote - casting from Android.

Every time I watch anything - anything - my video stops playing at around 15 minutes. It looks like its buffering, but never ever continues. If I end the video and go back to the ‘Ready to Cast’ screen, I can resume from where I was for another 15 minutes, then it happens again.

I have tried watching on other devices in the same remote location, they work fine, but not the Chromecast.
