You installed Python 2.7 and not a 3.x release correct?
This is running on Windows correct?
No idea if this matters but what is the default language setup on your computer?
Since you have multiple drives and paths mentioned where did you install “Convert” to? IE if it’s F:\Convert then try opening a command box, switching to that directory which should have the run.bat in it and then type run. Probably no help at all but simple enough to test (just in case).
If Python is 2.7, Windows and English (default language) then I’d suggest going back to basics and removing the existing Convert directory and unzipping it again.
Change nothing to start with except the output_directory setting in the ini file and try it again to see what happens.
This way we’ll know if something else might have gotten changed by accident or not.

I tried just extracting into my C drive and i open run.bat and edited it to

Thank you for doing that. I too am running Windows 2012 R2 English with Python 2.7.8. My Python is installed on C drive but that doesn’t appear to be the issue.
For the errors shown is this with the fresh unpacked ZIP file without any mods except the output parameter in the ini file? IE no languages changed?

No it does not use handbrake but instead uses ffmpeg internally. You do however need to install python 2.7.x if not already installed. That's the only pre-requisite.

Ok...i narrowed down the problem to being Python 64bit. I tried it on another machine that did not have python. I installed python 2.7.8 64bit and it failed with the same error. Then i removed the 2.7.8 and installed 2.7.10 32 bit and it worked.

Advanced setting:
You can limit the total bitrate for the video. If for example you use a client that has an upper limit of 12000 KB you can set the option video-bitrate option to something like 11000 which gives you a bit of headroom for a couple of audio tracks.
There is more that can be done with this set of scripts but lets start off with these. :)

PS I'll show you how later to pull info directly from the Plex database to know what files need converting depending on your criteria.

I'll have to check my install to see if I'm running 32 or 64bit version but I thought it was 64 bit version. However, for the use in this set of scripts it won't matter at all speed wise as all the time is taken in the ffmpeg conversion/mux part of the program.
