CEC stops working after switching source (Philips TV / HDMI Switch)

Hey,
I'm using a philips TV (CEC capable) in combination with an HDMI Switch. After booting the rasplex CEC works quite well, but when I switch to normal TV and back to HDMI 1, CEC has stopped working.
The solution at this point is to reboot rasplex (which is not real solution at all).
It seems like rasplex turns of CEC when switching to TV but does not turn it back on automatically. Is there a magic line I can put int the config.txt or something like that?

I'm using 4.0rc2 btw.

Thanks in advance

Edit:
Switching to TV and back to HDMI shows this log:

DEBUG:   [           47777] >> TV (0) -> Broadcast (F): active source (82)

I am having the same issue with my Philips Television. It also happens if you leave the RPI on and turn the Television off and on again.This is really annoying but I doubt that this has something to do with the RPI or Rasplex. I think this has something to do with the Television not re-establishing a CEC Connection to the device but that's just and educated guess.

Also, this happens with every version from 0.3.0 to 0.4.0-rc2 at least for me.

I had exact same issue, that's why I've switched to raspbmc where CEC works excelent, as well as 1080p video with high bitrate without oveclocking.

I have philips smart tv
Rasplex looks nicer, but it stiil doesn't work in right way. Even GUI much faster on raspbmc. Rasplex is good project, we just need wait a little :-).

I found a workaround for me. As it turns out, rasplex needs to be replugged into the TV to make CEC work again. That I could achieve by switching the HDMI Switch to a different Input Channel and switching back to rasplex. That might not be perfect, but in combination with a harmony remote it's not noticeable.
