Test build of Plex Media Center for CentOS
I'll release my test build into the wild too.

Hardware: Core i5 2390T, Sandy Bridge Asus P8H67I
OS: CentOS 6
Notes: Built using the CentOS guide I added to the github tree README.plex-linux file. So if you need some of the libboost packages I built this on, you can get them here: pmc.markwalker.dk (they are compiled by me on CentOS). The SL6 dir is updated drivers to get it to run on Sandy Bridge hardware with GL acelleration.

The build is from when I was most active on this, but to make it easy to install and remove, I packaged it into an RPM. Hope it installs and runs ok. But please provide feedback if they don't just work.

Hi,

Its looks like you are trying to install the ARM media server binaries on some arm OS install.

But this thread is for the Plex Media Center rpm.

So if your on arm and your trying to run PMS for arm, I have only had success with it on Fedora Remix 17 for Rasberry Pi.

Could you elaborate on what OS you are installing on?

I'm not look that the RPM was for ARM system, I searched RPM for Centos OS . Now I find the repository in official download page :

Your right that it wasn't in the official section until some months ago. There was an unofficial thread since november for it, but now moved into the official section. Hope you enjoy it.
