Certain movies and episodes not playing audio

My son is having issues with certain movies and TV episodes not playing audio.

If I play the same movies or episodes on both my desktop and laptop, I am able to hear the audio.

All Plex apps are at version 1.106.0.276-fe8d1d20

I’ve looked through the player settings on all apps, and they appear to be identical.
