Change of cover art only shown once

When I change the cover for a title once it works flawlessly but if I change it again after that, the change is not shown. When I try to change it for the third time, I can see that my selection is still active, but the change isn’t shown. Same goes for a collection. Same problem in WebUI and Windows Client.
Workaround: refresh metadata.

I reverted back to 1.25, the problem wasn’t present there. Logs should be unsuspicious, at least I didn’t see anything unusual
