Change refresh metadata interval

Hi;

I had a 3rd party software that download subtitles form my movies

but even do the subtitles are there and properly named plex dont see the subtitles until i manually refresh the metadata of it

I saw an option that I will do it every 3 days and i waited for that time and that didnt update the subtitles

  1. there is way to set this to less that 3 days
  2. there is any way that plex can autoreshreh the metada?
