Change The Play / Resume Position in Menu Layout

Reverse the location of Play / Resume
I have a request in a design change for the Play / Resume position in the menu layout.

If you have already started watching a movie and you go back to that movie at a latter time, it gives you the option to "Play from beginnning (1st choice) or Resume from (such and such) a time (2nd choice)".

I feel the Resume from (such and such) a time should be the 1st choice and Play from Beginnning should be the 2nd choice. It's only logical.

How can we get this changed?
