Changing Plex default account on Roku

I’m running Plex on a Roku Express. I have a couple of User accounts to chose from when Plex is launched. Only one of the accounts is able to see the Plex servers. How do I change this?

I have factory reset the Roku, re-associated Roku with my Roku account. Then reloaded Plex. I was not asked to associate Plex with the correct account. Plex simply reloaded the previous accounts and selected the account I want to remove.

I have checked that the Roku device is not associated with previous Roku account. It is, as far as I can tell, only associated with my current account.

What is the process to force Roku/Plex to re-associate the Roku device with preferred Plex account?
