Channel Mapping Will Not Take Second Line

Channel number/Name: Channels 4, 7, 9

When mapping channels, the correct one for 4, 7, and 9 is the second choice. I cannot select it. I can map any other channel except the second choice in the drop down box. I tried mousing and using the keyboard. Mouse cannot select, I get the top one. Using the keyboard it will skip the second choice and go to the top and then stop responding.

I tried on Windows 11 with Microsoft browser and with Google. I also tried on a mobile phone with Safari. Nothing would like me pick the correct items. Deleted and readding did not work.

I looked up a zip code in El Paso (I am in New Mexico) and that worked. The problem is with 88005, 88011, and 88012 zip codes. Using the 7xxxx zip codes of El Paso let me correctly map channels.
