The LinkTV channel is now also available via UAS:

Installing the channel via UAS is now the recommended method(since updates will be pushed automatically)

It would be great if you could try out an episode of Michael Palin - Himalaya. That show seems to be geo restricted to US only so I haven't been able to test it.

If you could come up with some better way to navigate(now it just mirrors the "browse video" functionality on the website), please feel free to make a suggestion. To find and episode of the above show, just use the Search function with query "himalaya".

Meo, I've been able to watch Himalaya and Borgen using the plugin.  It is working well.  It is fantastic to be able to watch these easily!   One question...  My internet is on the slow side but even so, the videos are taking a long time to retrieve before they play.  Do you know what format the videos are in?

I'm running PMS on Ubuntu and play the videos using a Roku.

Good to hear that Himalaya etc plays ok!

Regarding the format, I think it is FLV but can be MP4 sometimes(hence why I don't set it in the plugin). Once the video playback has started, do buffering etc occur?

Makes sense.  Yes, the video buffers but with quality set at 480, it is not able to keep up and pauses after a few minutes to buffer.  Tried setting quality to 360 and it played fine without pausing.  I did not see any constraints with cpu, memory, or network bandwidth. youtube videos play at 480 without issues.  Perhaps it is just the linktv servers...
