Seeing this behavior with channels on my Intel NUC running XUbuntu 14.04 with latest PHT and PMS (?):

Any idea why these won't render properly?
Is there anywhere I can look for more information about what's going wrong (logs or similar)?

Which IGP does the NUC have? Which mesa & intel drivers do you use?

Nope, no other render issues that I've noticed.
If IGP means integrated graphics, it's got the Intel HD Graphics 5000. The exact model of the NUC is D54250WYKH.
I'm not sure how to look what drivers I'm using - I'm pretty sure that I'm only using the ones included in Trusty. Do you know how to look it up?
Guys, would permissions issues cause that? Does Plex have write access to your /Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Preferences directory?
I saw in another thread you verified plex:plex has access to Plug-ins directory, but didn't mention verifying others.

That was the first suspicion I had, but sadly a recursive chown of the whole plexmediaserver dir didn't help. :(
Just for the record, by that I mean:
sudo chown -R plex:plex /var/lib/plexmediaserver && sudo service plexmediaserver restart
I'm especially weirded out by the fact that all other parts of channels (official and not) seems to be working great. It's just the preferences that isn't loading.
Do you guys know of any other part of Plex that renders up the same kind of "popup preference" box? If I can reproduce with a non-channel feature in PHT then I guess it's a wider problem with the client and not the server.
FlakesPancakes, apparently known PHT issue. Use Web/other client to change preferences.

More "official" link of known issue - current Plexpass release of PHT has a FIX item of "Fixed channel preferences dialog"
