Channels don't stream using Roku (fail at 33%), but work fine on browser and IOS app

You can try turning off “use hardware acceleration when available” on the server.

OR…leave it enabled and adjust the following settings:

In the Plex settings for the client on your Roku, go to video > and set direct play to auto and DISABLE allow direct stream. Then enable allow mpeg 2 and experimental 1080p mpeg2.

See how you get on with that.

So I believe that the Roku just doesn’t like HE-AAC audio formats. I’ve installed FF-mpeg but I have no idea how to configure Xteve and FF-mpeg to convert HE-AAC to AAC. Can I get some love?
