Report shows devs just made a fix in code yesterday ( but they themselves could not repro). Hopefully it will be in a build for our QA guys (that could reproduce) to test soon but I can’t provide an ETA

We have a possible fix that fixes an issue with a sample file another user shared. Here is a test build, would you @djfriday13 be able to give it a try and let us know if it solves your issue?

i probably can’t today but ill try for this weekend. can this just be sideloaded to a CGTV?

Do you want me to test with that sample file or ones that i have? i provided one way back when.

Yes you can sideload on a CGTV. And it would be best to try replicate the issue with files that you have been having issues with. We just want to confirm that the fix for the other users issue is the same as yours, if not then a new sample file would be great.

Confirmed it fixed for both files I know had issues.

Much appreciated! Do you have any info on what the issue was? Surprised it was not more widespread.

It would only happen with badly muxed files, the container start time was an invalid value which would only happen when resuming. We added a check to cater for an invalid value now.

Interesting. I had put the files through mkvtools and still ran into the issue. Guess it doesn’t fix the invalid value when you multiplex the file.

The fix is in the current beta v10.16.0.723 which will be released into the production version next week.

Hi. I am having the same issue (Circle of Death) but is regardless of the player (web, roku, samsung tv). I even asked some of users and they are getting it too. It was happening first on just the movie library but now tv show too. 264 or 265 doesnt matter. I first noticed it on movies my kids had watched and the next day it would not play. Not sure if its related to this issue, happy to make a new ticket and/or can provide logs if needed. My PMS is version 1.40.3.8555.
