Clock and actual file name

I would like to see about getting a clock added to Plex as it would be great to tell the time during the movie.

I know I can't be the only one with a dark media room and no clock. :)

 

Also when viewing the movie if you hit the up arrow it displays the remaining time, movie name, and poster.

Would it be posible to have it show the movie year as well? This is also a great place to show the clock.

 

Also I would like to see the actual file name added to the info section.

 

This is a request for the Vizio client.

Agreed, would love a clock on PHT, there are some skins that offer this but not in the way you describe. If there is, someone hit me up with a link :)

I have that on my PlexConnect on ATV. Clock + time when tv-show/movie will finish

As I said in my original post this request is for the Vizio client.

I am requesting a clock as in "the current time" as of right now. Not when the movie will finish.

Please reread my post again as you clearly misunderstood my requests... But hey at least you opened my thread. :)

+1 for all clients - when watching on Android (local or Chromecast), you have to bring down the notification bar to see the time. Would also be good to add the current time to the pause screen.

Exactly...That's the location i would like to see it in.

Would also like to see the actual file name there as well. I have dupe movies and i would love to know which version/file i am actually watching. Right now I change the poster to a different poster per file so I know. I also want the year of the movie in the same area. My wife and I discuss the movie a lot and the year always comes up. You have to exit out of the movie to see the year. :(

I just assumed all clients you had to hit the up arrow to enter the pause screen.
