Cloud Sync > Dropbox doesn't show up in Sync destinations list

Hello. I have Cloud Sync connected to my Dropbox account. When I navigate to Settings > Status > Sync there are only two options: iPhone & Tablet. Additionally, when trying to sync individual titles I see the same thing. Same experience with iOS. See screenshots.

I have followed these instructions.

Where do I go to add, remove and manage content in Cloud Sync? I have a Plex Pass; a lifetime one. Thank you.
