Cloud Sync to Dropbox / Google Drive is AWOL

A couple dozen music albums synced to (Dropbox first) don’t show up. They don’t show in the web client or the ios client. The sync status on the sync web client page shows black boxes with a ‘?’, These were previously complete, and accessible to multiple ios devices and web clients.
The Plex server and file server I use (for sync) are FreeNAS.

Sounds like you accidentally “unaothorized” the connection to your cloud providers? Please check that they are still listed as authorized, https://plex.tv/cloudsync/providers.

I’ve re-registered twice to Dropbox with no change. I think I’ll add Amazon to see if that works. I wanted to make use of the Dropbox and Google Drive.
