Codec Install error

Hey,
i install plex on debian and get codec error. My log:

Its look like plex.tv cant reach to download codec. I open all ports and reinstall plex. I try to ping plex.tv but it failed … i try to ping plex.tv with extern website found on google and also failed :frowning:

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1488
Player Version#: 3.108.2

please recreate please (DEBUG logging ON, VERBOSE logging OFF)
then download and attach the full logs ZIP file.
